Hello.... My name is Tara Ledger, I am a registered nurse, clinical reflexologist and qualified ear micro suction practitioner.

I have completed the Clinical reflexology level 5 diploma in integrated medicine which is the highest qualification you can receive in the UK. The reflexology I carry out is called 'Duopody'  which means I treat both feet at the same time.

As a registered nurse, ear micro suction is a regulated profession, and TLCHealth Ltd is one of the few CQC (care Quality Commission) regulated clinics in Kent. I have received the best training for professionally regulated clinicians from the Ear Academy. Please read my blog for facts and myth busting on ear microsuction.

As a senior nurse who has worked in the NHS for over 35 years, my aim is to bring conventional and complimentary medicine closer together.

I am passionate about relieving pressure on the NHS and yet ensuring that everyone receives health and wellbeing support, and I want to drive reflexology into clinical practice......this is my ultimate aim !!
