Have been to Tara a couple of times now. I found her to be very personable, kind, very informative and wow my treatment was so relaxing. I never knew how much you can find out from your feet and Tara was completely on the money! Would highly recommend.

I honestly can't recommend Tara enough. Her reflexology treatments are absolutely incredible — relaxing, professional, and so thoughtfully done. She creates such a peaceful atmosphere, and you immediately feel comfortable in her care. After my appointment, I felt completely recharged both physically and mentally. She has a real gift for what she does, and it's clear how much love and attention she puts into every session. I'll definitely be booking again!

Cannot recommend TLC health limited enough! Messaged as I couldn't hear out of my right ear and was making me feel off balanced I got seen that evening and the care and patients that Tara provided was amazing spoke through the whole procedure and was very professional didn't feel rushed she took time and care and now I can finally hear! Thank you! Would definitely Recommend!

Really impressed by the services ( I had my ears sorted) and professionalism shown by Tara, so much so I then booked and had a reflexology session. It was probably the best reflexology I've had, I cannot recommend highly enough. Plus she does home visits, what's not to like.
